Previously, Jyoti served as the Chief Operating Officer for a global banking business, where she oversaw a $1.6B revenue portfolio across the region’s largest market. She led multi- country transformation efforts, shaped commercial strategy, and delivered regulatory and operational execution across high-value portfolios across the EMEA region.

She also serves as a Board Advisor to IBU Group, providing strategic counsel on platform scale, digital transformation, international market expansion, and C- suite hiring.
