• Responsible for handling IT requirements from clients.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for External/Internal Stakeholders.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Responsible to work on Contract and Permanent positions.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.
• Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.
• Be a part of the team with the Accelerated Hire Motto.
• Publish progress reports to management every week.
• Good written and Verbal communication skills
