• Responsible for handling IT requirements from clients as an Independent Contributor.
• Experience in Team handling and Client Management.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for External/Internal Stake holder.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Responsible to work on Contract and Permanent positions.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
• Be a part of the team with Accelerated Hire Motto.
• Publish progress report to management every week.
• Good written and Verbal communication skills
• Should have experience in Team Management.
